Art. 1 - The user has a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for its intended purpose.Art. 2 - The user has the right to alter the look and feel of the software, as indicated in the documentation of the software, to integrate in his or hes website, in the limits of this license.
Art. 3 - The user has the wight to use the software on any website he or she owns or administrates, in the limits of this license.
Art. 4 - The user has the right to profit exclusively from advertising revenue from his or her website in relation to the software.
User restrictions
Art. 5 - The user must not redistribute the software in its original form or in an altered form.Art. 6 - The user must not use the software for a different purpose than that for which it was intended by the developer.
Art. 7 - The user must not condition visitor access to the software in the form a a fee or any other restriction.
Art. 8 - The user must not use the software for or in relation with illegal or immoral actions or on sites with illegal or immoral content.
Art. 9 - The user must not, in any way, harm the rights and the good name of the developer and/or the distributor where applicable.
Limitation of liability
Art. 10 - (1) Because the software is free to use, the developer and/or the distributor, if applicable, will not be held liable for any damages caused by the software.(2) Under no circumstances, including negligence, will the developer and/or the distributor, if applicable, be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, arising out of or relating to his license or the software.
Disclaimer of warranty
Art. 11 - (1) The user expressly acknowledges and agrees that use of the software is at his or hers sole risk.(2) THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
Art. 12 - The developer and/or the distributor, if applicable, does not warrant that the functions contained in the software will meet your requirements or those of the employer, or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Art. 13 - The developer and/or the distributor, if applicable, does not warrant or make any representation regarding the use or the results of the use of the software (including the related documentation) in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.
Art. 14 - Should the software prove defective, the user (and not the developer and/or the distributor, if applicable) assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repairs, or corrections.
Termination of agreement
Art. 15 - The license agreement may be unilaterally terminated by the user by destroying all copies of the software in its original form or in an altered form.Art. 16 - The license agreement may be terminated by accepting a new license supplied by the developer or the distributor, if applicable.
Art. 17 - (1) The license agreement is in right terminated if it has willingly materially violated or breached this license, in which case the user has the obligation destroy all copies of the software in its original form or in an altered form.
(2) If the material violation or breach is caused unwillingly by a third party or by objective reasons, the user must make its use of the software compliant with this license as soon as he knows or should have known about the violation or breach.
Miscellaneous
Art. 18 - The license binds the user as soon as the software reaches him or her.Art. 19 - A new license is applicable if the user expressly consents to be binded by it or that his or hers actions suggest that he is binded by it.
Controlling Law
Art. 20 - (1) This license will be governed by the laws of Romania.(2) Legal disputes regarding this license and copyright over the software must be trialled in Romania.
(3) In the event of a legal dispute, priority in the court of law will have the Romanian version of this license.
